Decode NDI for HDMI and SDI Workflows
The Magewell Pro Convert for NDI to AIO Module is a hot-swappable decoder module for installation inside the Magewell Modator 2U chassis. It decodes a live NDI or supported IP stream and outputs video simultaneously over HDMI and SDI.
Designed for integrating IP video sources with baseband equipment, the module supports NDI High Bandwidth, NDI HX and other video streaming protocols. It is suitable for broadcast, production and AV installations that need a rackmount NDI decoding solution.
Flexible IP Video Decoding
The module decodes NDI High Bandwidth, NDI HX, NDI HX2 and NDI HX3 streams, as well as supported RTSP, HTTP, HLS, RTMP, MPEG-TS and TVU sources. H.264 and H.265 video decoding supports a range of IP video workflows.
Decoded video can be sent simultaneously to HDMI and SDI outputs, connecting network video sources with displays, production equipment and other baseband systems.
HDMI and SDI Outputs
The HDMI 1.4 and SDI outputs support resolutions up to 1920 × 1080p60. Both outputs support 48KHz, 8-channel audio, while the SDI output supports SD, HD and 3G-SDI standards.
SDI output also supports native CEA-608/608 over 708 captions, providing caption support for compatible workflows.
Rackmount Integration and Control
Designed for the Magewell Modator 2U chassis, the hot-swappable module provides a rackmount option for installations requiring centralised deployment of compatible Modator modules.
Configure and manage the module through its Web UI or Magewell Control Hub. The Web UI provides device and signal information, decoding and output settings, network configuration and firmware updates.
