Warranty Coverage
All products sold by Leading Solutions are covered by the standard warranty provided by the manufacturer. Warranty periods and terms vary depending on the brand and product type. Full warranty details are typically available at the time of purchase or on request.

Warranty Claims
To lodge a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email our support team at sales@leadingsolutions.net.au with your invoice number, product details, a description of the issue, photos, and serial numbers.
Assessment: In most cases, we issue an RMA Ref # and ask for the return of the item for assessment.
Resolution: If the issue is not resolved during assessment, we’ll work with the manufacturer or supplier to resolve the issue – either by repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the fault and the applicable warranty terms.
Please do not return goods without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.
Exclusions
Warranties do not cover damage caused by:
- Misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow operating instructions
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
- Use outside of the intended application
- Unauthorised modifications or repairs
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
In addition to any manufacturer’s warranty, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
