The Magewell Pro Capture Mini SDI LH is a one-channel HD capture card for capturing SDI video and embedded audio. Its SDI loop-through connection passes the input signal through to another device, while the LH variant features a large heat sink.

With support for SD, HD, 3G and 2K SDI signals, the card is suited to video capture workflows using compatible computer systems. Its Mini PCIe Gen2 x1 host interface and video processing features provide flexible integration for live production, recording and streaming applications.

SDI Capture and Loop-Through

The card captures one SDI channel and supports SD, HD, 3G and 2K formats. The SDI loop-through connection passes the input signal onward, helping integrate the card into existing video signal paths.

Embedded audio can be captured alongside the video, with support for up to eight mono audio channels at 48 kHz.

Video Processing and Integration

On-board processing includes 10-bit video processing, cropping, scaling, deinterlacing, colour adjustment and colour space conversion. Automatic input format detection, timecode and closed-caption support are also provided.
