Compact HDMI Capture for Professional Workflows
The Magewell Pro Capture Mini HDMI LH is a one-channel HDMI capture card for capturing video and embedded audio on a compatible computer. Its Mini PCIe form factor provides a compact option for integrating HDMI capture into professional video workflows.
With support for input and capture resolutions up to 2048×2160, high-bit-depth video and a range of processing features, the card is suited to live production, streaming, recording and other applications requiring reliable HDMI capture.
Flexible HDMI Capture
The card captures HDMI video and embedded audio through its JST SHD 20-pin input connector. It supports a wide range of video formats, with capture resolutions up to 2048×2160 pixels.
Support for RGB and YCbCr colour sampling, multiple bit depths and HDMI 3D formats allows the card to accommodate a variety of source signals.
On-board Video Processing
Two video processing pipelines provide approximately 180 Mpixels/s of processing bandwidth each. Features include cropping, scaling, deinterlacing and aspect ratio conversion, with full 10-bit video processing.
Capture frame rates can reach 144fps, although actual performance depends on PCIe bandwidth and the resolution being captured. At 1920×1080, the maximum frame rate is approximately 80fps.
Compact System Integration
The Mini PCIe form factor and PCIe Gen2 x1 host interface make the card suitable for integration into compatible systems. Multiple cards can be installed in one system, and multiple capture streams are supported.
The Pro Capture Mini HDMI LH supports Windows, Linux and macOS. Magewell also specifies continuous 24/7 operation.
