IP Video Decoding and QHD Multiview
The Magewell Pro Convert IP to HDMI is a standalone decoder that converts up to four IP video streams into a single QHD HDMI output. It supports preset single-view, picture-in-picture and quad-screen layouts for monitoring and production workflows.
With support for NDI and a range of other IP video protocols, Pro Convert IP to HDMI connects network video sources to HDMI displays and equipment. It is suitable for broadcast, security and surveillance, command and control, and other IP-based video applications.
Flexible IP Video Monitoring
Pro Convert IP to HDMI can display a single source full-screen or combine sources in picture-in-picture and quad-screen layouts. In quad-screen mode, it can decode up to four H.264 or H.265 streams at up to 1920 Ć 1080p60 simultaneously.
For single-view use, the decoder supports one stream up to 2560 Ć 1440p60. The web interface also provides real-time stream or image previews to assist with monitoring and configuration.
Broad Protocol and Format Support
The decoder supports NDI High Bandwidth and NDI HX variants, as well as SRT, TS over RTP/UDP, RTMP, RTSP, HLS and ZIXI. Video decoding supports H.264, H.265, SpeedHQ and MPEG2, with audio formats including AAC, MP3, AC3, Opus and G.711.
QHD HDMI output supports HDR10, a range of colour spaces and up to eight channels of 48 or 96kHz audio, making the unit suitable for integration with professional displays and monitoring systems.
Configuration and Connectivity
Configuration and device monitoring are available through the web GUI, which supports output preview and PTZ control. The device provides Gigabit Ethernet with PoE and PoE+ support, along with USB connections for power and peripherals.
