Single-Channel 4K SDI Capture for M.2 Systems
The Magewell Eco Capture 12G SDI 4K Plus M.2 is a single-channel 4Kp60 capture card designed for systems with an M.2 2280 Type M slot. This variant is supplied without a heat sink.
It supports SDI signals from standard definition through 12G-SDI, with options for single, dual-link or quad-link input configurations. Its compact design and support for Windows and Linux make it suitable for integration into a range of professional video capture and streaming workflows.
Flexible SDI Capture
The card supports a range of SDI standards and signal configurations, including single SDI, dual 6G-SDI and quad 3G-SDI input for 12G-SDI capture. This allows it to work with different SDI sources and production setups.
Capture resolutions include 4096 × 2160 and 3840 × 2160, with supported frame rates depending on the selected format and system bandwidth.
Processing and Software Support
On-card video processing supports scaling, de-interlacing, colour space conversion and frame rate conversion. Embedded audio, timestamps and synchronisation features support audio and video capture workflows.
The card works with Windows and Linux capture APIs and is compatible with software including OBS, vMix, VLC and Wirecast.
Compact M.2 Integration
The M.2 2280 Type M form factor connects through PCIe Gen3 x4, making the card suitable for integration into compatible systems.
This product variant is supplied without a heat sink. Optional SDI cables and BNC connectors are listed by Magewell as accessories.
