POE Texas Apple Lightning PoE Splitter

Product SKU: PT-AF-Lightning

PoE to Apple Lightning adapter for use with PoE switches and 44-57 volt POE injectors

Perfect for conference room and kiosk displays or anywhere else you need power.

Power your 5 volt USB and microUSB devices from your existing PoE switch with these 5 volt Power over Ethernet splitter/converters.  The female USB adapter is designed for Apple Fast Charge.  Need to fit this in a tight space, check out our Lightning-L1-RA for our space saving Apple charging cable. The splitter comes pre-configured for Mode A operation (What's Mode A?), however, you can reconfigure it for Mode B with a few board jumpers.  Here's how to do it.

Place your device display where you want, not where the charging adapter can reach.

Normal USB and microUSB charging cables won’t work efficiently for more than a few feet, but our 5 volt PoE splitters and PoE kits can run for hundreds of feet.

Simple, Reliable, and Supported By Experts

Here comes Wifi-Texas with another weird, niche device to save my bacon.

I needed to put a Raspberry Pi at the end of an ethernet cable, there were no power outlets nearby, and my switch needed something that could do proper 802.3af. This is the answer. Oh my god is this the answer. If I ever met the person at Wifi-Texas who decided to make this a thing I would embrace them in a long and awkward hug.You never know you need it until you need it.I heart you, Wifi-Texas.
